TRAINING

Training - Training is available for all FTR software and Logger solutions. Training covers:

  • Installation - Provides the details of how a system is installed including locations, storage mapping, hardware connections, and system defaults
  • System Startup - A review of how to start the system initially, as well as the daily "checklist" to go through for recording sessions
  • System Operation - All the details for recording and playing back sessions
  • File Storage and Distribution - Information related to storage of files, storage locations, backing up and methods of distributing files for playback by other parties
  • Support - A review of some of the common issues identified by present clients and the best locations to find answers
  • Q & A - Question and answer on hardware, software and product operation

The training courses are provided in a variety of formats, including:

  • Onsite Training - Onsite training tailored specific to the needs of your organization. Training is available on all FTR software and Logger products
  • Seminars - Half Day and Full Day sessions provided for all FTR Software products.  Seminars are held throughout the United States on an as scheduled basis. Contact us directly for a schedule
